All artwork produced by the artist are digital-only. No physical goods will be created or shipped under any circumstances.

By submitting a commission request and proceeding with payment, the client agrees to comply with all terms outlined in this document. Failure to comply after agreeing to these terms may result in commission cancellation, refund refusal, blacklisting, and a public PSA at the artist’s discretion.

Accepted Contact Methods are Discord , @ kuronamuu which is recommended or through Vgen messages , if requested on Vgen. messages sent outside these platforms may not receive a response.

Clients are expected to communicate clearly and respectfully what the comission is about, heavy text stylization, typing quirks, unusual fonts, excessive slang, abbreviations, or unclear phrasing is looked down upon.

The client may request to speak Portuguese or Spanish for their request if it deems easier for communication, however, the artist is not fully fluent in Spanish, and responses may be slower or contain grammatical errors.

The artist reserves the right to disengage or cancel commissions if communication becomes inappropriate or obstructive.

All artwork can still be used by the artist. The artist retains full rights to Post artwork publicly, Display work in portfolios and galleries, Include artwork in future projects (e.g., artbooks)

Clients own the artwork, but it still remains under the artist's copyright protection.

in Comissions for personal use clients may Post with proper credit, Crop or resize, Apply minor filters or edits

Comissions for personal Use, clients may not Profit from the artwork, Use it for merchandise, Mint or sell it as an NFT, Use it for AI training or datasets, Trace, copy, or redistribute it as their own

Comissions for commercial use Additional fees +100% of base price for general commercial use +200% of base price for merchandise-related use

The artist may publicly post completed or canceled commissions in:

PortfoliosSocial mediaArt booksIf a client wishes to keep a commission private, a privacy fee must be paid.

The artist reserves the right to accept or reject commissions for any reason; Decline any request that falls under the “Will Not Draw” list; Cancel or delay commissions at any stage of the process

The artist will not work with strict deadlines unless The artwork will be used in a publicly or commercially released project (e.g., videos, books, games, ...)

All payments are upfront Each commission is paid separately, unless it's bundled or free. The artist is not responsible for the client’s financial decisions

Refunds are issued only if The artist cannot complete the commission or The artist fails to meet 2 month delivery quota.

Regret post verification and commitment to the comission is not the artists duty to compensate

Any chargeback after the sketch phase will result in Immediate cancellation and Public blacklisting for scamming

Clients must provide all required information before approval, the information includes Character(s) with respective references, Important details, as the artist may overlook. References may include artwork not owned by the client; however, exact replicas will not be created.

In cases where just references or no references and/or no context are provided, the comission may be denied.

The artist reviews the request based on interest and capability. Clarifications about the comission may be requested at this stage. No payment should be sent at this stage, only when accepted.

Payment, Once accepted, the artist will issue an invoice. Full payment is required upfront via VGen or MbWay ( for portuguese citizens only ). Payments sent without an invoice are considered tips or donations and are non-refundable. The artist will not begin work until payment is received in full.

Sketches and/or thumbnails are provided during the sketch phase, Up to two redraws are allowed, All major revisions must occur during this phase

during the color phase Minor corrections only, Color fixes, Missing details or Small adjustments are allowed. Full redraws at this stage require additional fees.

at the rendering stage no changes will be made. once complete, the artist will deliver the final artwork and mark the commission delivered, considered complete and closed.
