  • I am a digital illustrator, and my work is exclusively digital. No physical goods will be shipped.

  • As the artist, I retain full rights to my work. This includes the ability to publish it on my social media, feature it in my portfolio, and include it in future projects such as artbooks.

  • Proper credit must be given when showcasing my artwork. This includes explicit attribution ( © Xcronum ) or a direct link to one of my social media profiles. My work may not be claimed as your own.

  • Full payment is required upfront via Ko-fi or, in the near future, VGen.

  • Revisions can only be made during the sketching phase. Once the draft is approved, I will proceed to completion. Any requested edits after completion will incur additional fees.

  • Refunds and cancellations are not accepted unless I am personally unable to complete your order within the promised timeframe of one month. You are welcome to request commission updates or WIPs at any time.

  • My work is for private use only, meaning it cannot be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand.

  • Commercial use of my artwork must be approved in advance by the commissioner.

  • A one-time fee of +100% of the total price will be charged for any commercial use, and a one-time fee of +200% of the total price for merchandise-related artwork. This includes any usage that generates revenue.

  • Minor changes, such as applying filters, cropping, or resizing, are permitted.

  • I do not support NFTs., and so by extension my artwork may not be used as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token)
